The controversial, American and Israeli-supported Gaza relief foundation says it is terminating its aid operations in the Gaza region, following nearly half a year.
The foundation had previously halted its multiple aid distribution centers in Gaza subsequent to the truce agreement between Hamas and Israel came into force in recent weeks.
The foundation sought to bypass the UN as the primary provider of relief to Palestinian residents.
International relief agencies refused to co-operate with its approach, saying it was improper and dangerous.
Many residents were fatally wounded while seeking food amid chaotic scenes near the foundation's locations, mainly through Israeli military action, according to the UN.
Israeli authorities stated its forces fired cautionary rounds.
The GHF said on the beginning of the week that it was winding down operations now because of the "successful completion of its humanitarian effort", with a total of three million packages containing the equivalent of more than 187 million meals provided to residents.
The GHF's executive director, the executive director, also said the American-directed Civil-Military Coordination Center - which has been set up to help execute the American administration's Gaza initiative - would be "taking over and developing the model GHF piloted".
"GHF's model, in which Palestinian factions were unable to divert and benefit from humanitarian assistance, was significantly influential in getting Hamas to the table and securing a halt in hostilities."
The militant group - which disputes allegations of misappropriation - approved the termination of the GHF, as indicated by media.
A spokesman for stated the foundation should be subject to scrutiny for the harm it caused to local residents.
"We call upon all global human rights groups to guarantee that responsibility is assigned after causing the death and injury of numerous Palestinians and covering up the food deprivation strategy implemented by the Israel's administration."
The organization commenced activities in Gaza on May 26th, a week after the Israeli government had moderately reduced a total blockade on relief and commercial goods to Gaza that continued for 77 days and led to substantial deficiencies of necessary provisions.

United Nations human rights division reported it tracked the deaths of a minimum of 859 residents seeking food in the vicinity of GHF sites between spring and summer months.
An additional 514 individuals were fatally wounded around the courses followed by international humanitarian deliveries, it added.
The greater part of these people were lost their lives due to the Israeli military, based on the agency's reports.
Israel's armed services said its soldiers had discharged cautionary rounds at individuals who came near them in a "intimidating" manner.
The foundation stated there were no shootings at the distribution centers and alleged that United Nations of using "false and misleading" data from the Gazan medical department controlled by militant factions.
The GHF's future had been indefinite since militant groups and the Israeli government approved a truce agreement to execute the first phase of the United States' reconciliation proposal.
The agreement stated humanitarian assistance would take place "free from intervention from the involved factions through the international bodies and their affiliates, and the Red Crescent, in combination with other worldwide bodies not linked whatsoever" with Hamas and Israel.
UN spokesperson the UN spokesman stated recently that the GHF's shutdown would have "no influence" on its operations "as we never partnered with them".
The official further mentioned that while more aid was getting into Gaza since the halt in hostilities began on 10 October, it was "inadequate to meet all the needs" of the over two million inhabitants.
